Dustin Paul obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia and joined AMJ Law after completing articles with a large downtown firm where he acted on behalf of a wide range of clients, from individuals to big-box retailers, health authorities, employers, municipalities, government bodies and insurers to name only a few.
He has since developed a unique and varied practice here at AMJ Law. In addition to handling a large number of motor vehicle accident claims on behalf of plaintiffs and ICBC insureds, Dustin handles a wide variety of matters including wills, estate administration, committeeship applications, wrongful dismissal claims and other general civil litigation matters. He also assists a number of our corporate clients with their day-to-day legal needs on an as-needed basis.
Needless to say, Dustin’s breadth of both work and life experience serves his clients well. He is able to advise them from the perspective of the big picture, providing sound legal advice at a reasonable price. Dustin has obtained favourable settlements for a large number of his clients and appeared successfully on their behalf at both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
Outside of work Dustin is a dedicated member of his community and leading advocate for the improved quality of life for persons with disabilities. He is a past board member of the Neil Squire Society and current board member of the Rick Hansen Institute. He is an honored recipient of the Terry Fox Gold Medal Award and has been recognized with the Judith A. Mauro Bowers, Q. C. Prize in Appellate Advocacy.
Don’t hesitate to contact Dustin for any of your legal needs.
If he is not available you can likely find him at the nearest Starbucks.
